    Coordinate and deliver any and all needed temporary and permit certificates of occupancy.

  2. Support Furniture/Fixtures/Equipment Installation Activity
    Aid in the scheduling and installation of furniture, fixtures and equipment.

  3. Move-In Coordination
    Aid in coordinating and implementing move-in.

  4. Claims Evaluation
    Review and address contractor claims. Finalize contract payments and release of retainage.

  5. Warranty Period
    Provide your company with all necessary labor and materials needed in accordance with warranties and guarantees.
