HOLLISTER CONSTRUCTION SERVICES COMPLETES SPEC OFFICE FIT OUT FOR IDI
Elizabeth, NJ, July 1, 2008 – Hollister Construction Services (“HCS”) is pleased to announce the recent completion of an interior fit out project for IDI at the company’s flex/warehouse building located off NJ Turnpike Exit 13A in Elizabeth, New Jersey. The 5,000 square foot spec office was built to supplement the marketability of the warehouse space totaling approximately 330,000 square feet. The building is located at the corner of North Avenue and Kapkowski Road.
Hollister Construction Services was engaged by IDI as Construction Manager for this assignment, providing oversight and expertise in the North Jersey marketplace.
