HOLLISTER CONSTRUCTION SERVICES BEGINS PHASE II OFFICE EXPANSION PROJECT FOR BAYER HEALTH CARE

Morristown, NJ, April 15, 2008 – Hollister Construction Services (“HCS”) is pleased to announce that it has begun the second phase of its office expansion project on behalf of Bayer Health Care, LLC. Once complete, the expansion will total 15,000 square feet of new Class-A office space connected to Bayer’s existing facility. The roof of the new structure will hold a state-of-the-art solar panel system to support a portion of the client’s energy needs. Phase one of the build out is completed and occupied by the client. The Bayer complex is located on Columbia Road.

Hollister Construction Services was engaged as Construction Manager for this project, providing supervisory and value engineering expertise for Bayer’s expansion program. Chris Johnson, President of Hollister Construction Services, had the following comments regarding the project: “HCS is excited to be moving forward with the second phase of the Bayer project. Our team is pleased that our client has been able to occupy the initial phase of the build out and we are eager to meet our client’s expectations for completion of the expansion phase of the project. We have worked closely with our client’s management team to overcome many obstacles associated with this project and we are thankful to have developed a strong and lasting relationship with Bayer.”

The HCS project team responsible for the successful completion of this assignment is John Brucker (Project Executive/Manager), Anthony Mantini, Jr. (Field Project Manager) and Elizabeth Callahan (Project Administrator).
