HOLLLISTER CONSTRUCTION SERVICES COMPLETES EDISON WAREHOUSE PROJECT
Edison, NJ, October 1, 2008 – Hollister Construction Services (“HCS”) has recently completed construction of a new warehouse facility for in Edison, New Jersey. The 100,000 square foot facility includes 88,000 square feet of warehouse space and 12,000 square feet of executive office space. The building boasts a 35’ clear ceiling height and 18 overhead doors. The facility is located at 117 Sunfield Avenue in Raritan Center.
Hollister Construction Services was engaged by Summit Associates, Inc. as Construction Manager for this project and completed the assignment on time and under budget in less than five months including occupancy.
