HOLLISTER CONSTRUCTION SERVICES TRANSFORMS LANZONE AUTO FACILITY TO RETAIL CENTER
North Bergen, NJ, November 1, 2008 – Hollister Construction Services (“HCS”) has recently completed a retrofit of the Lanzone Auto Parts facility located in North Bergen, New Jersey. The former distribution hub has been transformed into a retail shopping center with storefront space on Kennedy Boulevard. Consisting of approximately 10,000 square feet of space, the new center is also home to Lanzone Properties’ corporate offices on the second floor.
Hollister Construction Services was engaged as Construction Manager for this project and worked in close cooperation with subcontractors and third party consultants to meet the expectations of the client. Chris Johnson, President of Hollister Construction Services, reflected on the assignment: “The Lanzone project was a unique job in that a complete transformation was made from single use auto related retail to high end storefront space for multiple tenants. We appreciate the opportunity presented to us by Lanzone and I am proud that our Hollister team successfully met the challenges of this project. HCS is pleased to have offered our expertise in the Northern New Jersey market to our client and we look forward to working with Lanzone again in the future.”
The HCS project team responsible for the successful completion of this assignment is Kieran Flanagan (Project Executive), Andrew Restivo (Project Manager), Brian Whiting (Field Project Manager) and Elizabeth Callahan (Project Administrator).
