HOLLISTER CONSTRUCTION SERVICES COMPLETES KOREA EXPRESS INTERIOR OFFICE FIT OUT FOR SEAGIS PROPERTY GROUP
South Brunswick, NJ, December 31, 2008 – Hollister Construction Services (“HCS”) has recently completed an interior fit out project for Seagis Property Group at the client’s existing flex/warehouse building located off NJ Turnpike Exit 8A at 11 Commerce Court in South Brunswick, New Jersey. The 8,300 square foot space was built to accommodate the building’s new tenant, Korea Express, and includes shipping offices, trucker facilities, cafeterias and an extensive air change system for ventilation of the 225,000 square foot warehouse.
HCS provided Construction Management expertise to Seagis and successfully supervised all aspects of construction. Most notably, Hollister began construction in early November 2008 and delivered the project on time based on an aggressive schedule that required HCS to turn the space over to the tenant before the end of the year. Chris Johnson, President of Hollister Construction Services, expressed his appreciation and pride in this statement: “The Hollister team is grateful for the opportunity to take on this project on behalf of Seagis Property Group. We are proud to have successfully met the unique logistical and scheduling challenges presented by our client and we look forward to developing a strong and lasting relationship with Seagis.”
The HCS project team responsible for the successful completion of this assignment is John Brucker (Project Executive), Ian Mount (Project Manager), Willy Mulvany (Field Project Manager) and Anthony DeSena (Project Administrator).
