SELECTED TO CONSTRUCT NEW OFFICE FOR PHASE FORWARD

Conshohocken, PA, August 7, 2009 – Hollister Construction Services (“HCS”) is pleased to announce that it has been selected to fit-out 43,500 square feet of new office space on two floors for Phase Forward. The new space will consist of open office space, executive office suites, conference rooms, work kiosks, game room, lunchroom and collaboration areas. The new space is to have specialty finishes, designer fixtures and furniture and open ceilings throughout. The new office is located at 300 Bar Harbor Road in the Five Tower Bridge building.

Hollister Construction Services was engaged by Phase Forward and CBRE (C.B. Richard Ellis) as Construction Manager for this project and will work in close cooperation with the design team, subcontractors and third party consultants to meet the client’s expectations.  John Bickel, President of Hollister Construction Services Pennsylvania, made the following comments in regards to the award of this project: “Hollister Construction Services is honored to have been selected to deliver and execute this project for Phase Forward.
