Project summary:
Hollister has been retained as construction manager by Plainfield Country Club to perform improvements to their world-renowned country club in Edison, NJ. Established more than 125 years ago, Plainfield Country Club is being fully renovated to further reflect the welcoming and comfortable setting they are known for offering their members.
Hollister is renovating 27,000sf of the facility’s space to feature state-of-the-art amenities throughout. The first floor will feature a formal and informal dining room, lobby, women and men locker rooms, bathrooms and an outdoor covered terrace. The second floor will have various private offices for their staff and additional locker rooms and bathrooms for their members.
Hollister has been working with Plainfield Country Club and project architect, Heintz & Fiore AIA, to ensure the vision for the project comes to fruition. The project is slated for a spring 2019 completion. |
