Project summary:
Athletics Center
20,000 square foot renovation consisting of the men's and women's varsity teams locker rooms, showers, and bathrooms as well the complete renovation of the strength and conditioning rooms. Including a complete revamp of the HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems. The project is ongoing while the building is occupied and Hollister is working hand in hand with SHU to assure that their daily operations are not interrupted.
Locker Room
5,061sf of locker room space was completely renovated and features 357 individual student athlete lockers, a high-defnition smart television in each locker room, a hard-wired, surround-sound audio system in each locker room with bluetooth technology and Wi-Fi hub providing wireless internet access in each locker room. Seton Hall and Under Armour branding can be found in the common areas and each locker room.
Seton Hall Arts and Sciences HVAC Replacement and Building Renovations
Existing three story partially occupied building. The work was completed during compressed summer month schedule. Removal and conversions of existing penthouse unit to a high efficiency packages RIV. This required major modifications, including new structural steel and roofing system.
Research Testing Laboratory
Hollister completed the renovation to the Seton Hall Testing Lab. The project entailed all new mechanical systems including ventilation systems to meet required air changes for both general and local testing changes. All laboratory finishes, casework and interiors were compliant with bio level 2 specifications.
