Project Summary:
Hollister is providing construction services for the out-of-the-ground construction of a new 5-story, 29-unit, 34,000sf residential building. The new residential building is being constructed on a vacant lot and is made up of structural steel, cold formed metal framing and concrete with stone tile and stucco exterior facade. Sitework was also part of the scope and required minor site demolition and improvements with landscaping and fencing. |
