Project Summary:
Hollister Construction Services provided construction services for the construction of a new three-story boutique building. The former Village Post Office was completely demolished and transformed into Clarus, a mixed-use facility, featuring approximately 40,000sf of 20 modern rental residences, hotel-inspired amenities and 10,000sf of street-level retail. The project was designed and achieved WELL Building Standard, a certification dedicated exclusively to enhancing personal health and wellness through air, water, nourishment, light fitness, comfort and mind.
The building features 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom residences with contemporary kitchens, spacious floor plans and ample natural light. Clarus provides residents with a lavish lounge with hospitality inspired finishes, lobby with double-sided fireplace, reserved garage parking, electric car charging station and secured bike storage to name a few.
Clarus earned a 2018 “Community of the Year” award from the Metropolitan Builders & Contractors Association. |
