Building 6:

• 6 Story Building - 1st floor Retail - 5 floors Residential.
  
• The design was based on a Modified Hambro system, (Concrete on metal form deck on Hambro joists carried by panelized CFMF load bearing partitions and masonry bearing walls)
• The foundation is pile supported by steel H Piles
• Structure had below grade concerns, underpinning and soil stabilization due to adjacent structures and dewatering concerns

Building 7:

• 6 Story Building - 1st floor Retail - 5 floors Residential.
