Project Summary:
Hollister Construction Services provided construction management services for the demolition of an existing building and construction of a new three-story mixed-use building in its place.
The new 25,800sf building consists of 1,200sf of retail and personal services on the first floor and a total of 20 luxury one and two-bedroom apartments in the second and third floors. Terrace units are also featured in some units. In addition, 33 gated ground-level assigned parking spaces and secured access into the building.
The residences are modern with finishes including modern solid surface counter tops, stainless steel appliances, wood plank style flooring, washer and dryer rooms in each unit and central air. |
