- 30,000 SF of Renovation.
- Completely gutted the entire building and brought it down to the existing block wall shell.
- Replacing existing brick façade with 2 story glass front.
- 20 bay service areas, new tile in both new and used showroom, epoxy floor in used car room.
- All three stories new EIFS exterior.
- Removed central stair well allowing people on the 2nd floor to look over a new glass railing at the showroom below.
- All new finishes.
- All new bathrooms.
