Project Summary:
Hollister Construction Services worked closely with Delta Storage on the ground-up construction of a new 3-story self-storage facility in Brooklyn, NY. The new 90,000sf climate-controlled facility provides over 1,000 interior units of all sizes, varying in size from 20 to 600sf.
The new facility is supported by state-of-the-art technology including motion-sensor lighting, individual door alarms, computerized security and video surveillance. Its exterior consists of a metal siding featuring large windows, decorative details such as screen and paneling, and electronic gate access.
