Hollister Construction Services provided construction services for the ground-up construction of a 108,000sf, 5-story self-storage building. The new facility includes a sub-cellar and cellar and provides 651 lockers and a total of 1109 interior self storage units. The facility is made up of a metal panel facade and features office space, lobby, breakroom, bathrooms and two stair towers with one elevator. |
