Project Summary:
Hollister Construction Services provided construction services for the ground-up construction of a new Extra Space Storage faciity. Performed in two phases, first phase includes a 81,740sf, 4-story structure and phase two includes three single-story buildings totaling 14,895sf.
The new 4-story structure features 784 interior units and the exterior buildings provide an additional 80 storage units. It is fully secured with electronic gates with coded access, video surveillance and individually alarmed units. The exterior of the building is combination of insulated metal panels, EFIS and masonry. A monitored 24/7 fire sprinkler and fire alarm system also support the new facility. |
